The second stop on our adventure was Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan, or more commonly known as the pink city. The city was huge and quite overwhelming compared to quiet little Pushkar. We visited the Hawa Mahal, the City Palace and the Monkey Temple (which had the most brilliant view over the whole city). And I finally got to see a snake charmer, which was on my list of things to see in India!! I don't think Jaipur will end up being one of my favourite stops, but it was still very interesting to visit, and also good practice for what is to come next... Delhi.
