I'm such a sucker for a good TV show. I get drawn right in and often seem to forget that none of it is real. I always end up laughing or crying with the characters...which tends to leave me slightly embarrassed when I realise I don't actually know these people. Like when Rachel Rafter decided to leave on Packed to the Rafters (that was a real tear jerker).
Rachel is played by Jessica Marais, who has got to be one of my favourite actresses. Fortunately she will still be on the screen until June, but has decided to try and make it in America - which is very sad but also very exciting.
She plays her character so well and is such a beautiful Australian role model - I will miss seeing her on the show :(
